15+ Saisons on Tap! From our very own farmhouse brews to incredible guest Saisons, you’ll experience the full range of this versatile and historic beer style—all in one place!

Authentic Belgian Fare! Mobile Food Adventures will be serving up traditional Belgian delicacies, perfectly paired with your favorite farmhouse ales.

Our Story

ADAM & JENNIFER GREGORY
OWNERS/BREWERS

Jennifer and Adam Gregory, the passionate owners and brewers behind Dragon's Gate Brewery, started their journey out of a love for great farmhouse and Belgian-style beers. Adam, originally from Laguna Beach, and Jennifer, from Milton-Freewater, found the perfect place to call home in the Walla Walla Valley, where we established our farmhouse brewery, Dragon's Gate.

With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we have won dozens of awards for our unique creations. Our brewing techniques include traditional Belgian brew methods and step mash brewing, bringing our passion to others through distinctive flavors and ingredients.

Our many trips to Belgium and the Netherlands, visiting with brewers and breweries there, have helped us refine our flavors. Beyond brewing, we cherish our farm life and share a love for Friesian horses (Galath, Oberon, Nikko, Gimley, and Baby Groot), which adds a special charm to our brewery.

We invite visitors to experience our beers, soak in the scenic farm setting, and share in our passion for authentic Belgian-style brewing and beers.

At Dragon's Gate Brewery, we are inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the the old world, characterized by thoughtfully sourced quality ingredients and unhurried process, while reflecting on the changing seasons and culinary heritage.

Our ales are crafted to be enjoyed at the table paired with good food, friendship and conversation.

We brew all of our ales on a rotating seasonal basis and not all ales are available all the time. We offer 5-7 different ales on tap in our farmhouse tasting room.

BREWING FARMHOUSE ALES &

GROWING ESTATE GROWN HOPS

Dragon’s Gate Brewery located in the Walla Walla Valley is set on a 10-acre farm. Our tasting room is in a converted barn and our brewhouse, barrel room, and fermentation area are located in the adjoining brewery.

Our beer garden is a perfect place to enjoy a picnic lunch, sample cheeses and of course our farmhouse ales. We offer plenty of seating or just bring a blanket and relax on the grass.

The beer garden offers spectacular views of the surrounding Blue Mountains and vineyards in the area. The picnic area is surrounded by our culinary garden and our “Estate Grown Hop Yard.” The hops we grow are Saaz, Hallertau, Magnum, Cascade, Centennial, Sterling, Willamette, Mt. Hood, and our own wild hop we call Drallion.

Dragon’s Gate is a brewery experience like no other and can’t be missed.
